Hello! My name is Blair Peyton, and I’m a New York-based performer, producer, and content strategist with 15+ years of experience building and scaling podcasts across audio, video, and social.
At Audioboom, I serve as Director of Content & Production, leading content strategy and overseeing production across a portfolio of shows. I work closely with creators, partners, and internal teams to drive audience growth, streamline workflows, and align content with revenue.
I’ve led and co-produced top-performing series with more than 20M+ combined downloads, including Blocc Party: An Insecure Podcast, It’s Happening with Snooki & Joey, and Mafia. My work spans podcast development, A/V production, and content strategy, with a focus on building systems that support both creative and business growth.
Outside of podcasting, I’m a comedic storyteller and filmmaker. I wrote and star in Farther Along, a proof-of-concept pilot inspired by my relationship with my father, which made its world premiere at Dances With Films in New York City.
